Orders are placed through Shopify checkout, which handles payment securely. Order confirmations and shipping notifications with tracking are sent by email from Shopify on our behalf.

Returns are covered by our 14-day return policy, and the dryer carries a one-year limited warranty. Start either process by emailing support@thetraveler.shop with your order number, and we will send instructions before you ship anything back.
