Warranty and Support

The final warranty period and support process will be shown before public launch.

For warranty support, contact support@thetraveler.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.

Use The Traveler only as directed. Unplug after use, keep away from water, clean the rear filter regularly, and do not use voltage converters or transformers.

The Traveler supports dual voltage 120-240V, 50/60Hz. A plug adapter may be required outside the United States.
